Our Take: In a converted gas station, Galaxie Taco serves – what else – tacos, and they do it well. Steak, fish, al pastor as well as a veggie taco provide a good selection. Couplet that with Quesadillas (including a veggie), tortas, burritos, and the usual sides and you’ve got lots to choose from. Galaxie also offers a good selection of mixed cocktails (Margaritas of course) and has ample outdoor seating.
