Open since 1990, James Beard award winner Susan Spicer has been a mainstay in New Orleans cuisine. Schooled in Paris and California, Spicer draws on many influences to create a sophisticated menu with Louisiana influences. Rabbit and duck exemplify her Southern roots but vegetarian and vegan menus are available every day.
