Our Take: A great way to tour the city at your own pace. A $1 unlock fee and $.15 per minute makes for an affordable adventure. Helmets should be mandatory. The system uses pedal assisted e-bikes which are, “just like any other bicycle. You get on and you pedal! The difference is that when you pedal, there is a small electric motor that adds an assist to each pedal stroke.”

Riders do need to park these bikes within a designated area at lock-up locations to avoid paying an additional fee. (Up to $25 if trip is ended outside service area. See blue map above.)
