Our Take: If there is one restaurant that typifies New Orleans casual cuisine it is Butcher. Chef Donald Link of Cochon created a dining spot that highlights creativity, flavor, and a local vibe. You’ve had a muffaletta at other spots but Butcher takes the sandwich to a different level with its house-cured meats. Or try pork belly, a Cubano, or duck pastrami sliders. Add a great beer menu and it doesn’t get much better than this.
