Our Take: After a recent change of ownership, Gautreau’s has reopened with a new chef and of course a new menu. Head Chef Rob Mistry has taken over the helm after stints in Savannah, Nashville, and the four star Chicago Restaurant – Alinea. Certainly upscale. Certainly refined.
