Our Take: Hot Stuff is the newest addition to the “Turkey and the Wolf” group. (See also Molly’s Rise and Shine and Hungry Eyes) Hot Stuff is a “meat and three” concept featuring “home cooking” fare. Mac and Cheese, Collard Greens, Smothered Cabbage and other sides complement the different meats offered throughout the week. In fact, Hot Stuff is so “regular” that we’ve had a hard time classifying this spot. Diner, southern, home cooking? Regardless – these people know what tastes good.
