Chef Jacques Leonardi has been serving Cajun dishes in its Riverbend location since 1996. Chef Leonardi’s background with Paul Prudhomme and Chef Austin Leslie served him well as he has been entertaining guests for almost 30 years now. Boudin, duck and andouille gumbo, blackened redfish, and BBQ shrimp point to the New Orleans classics. Some think prices are too high and the menu needs innovation. Regardless, Jacques-Imo’s retains a loyal following and its funky vibe.
