Japanese/Chinese inspired cuisine from Chef Hao Gong.
Our Take: Since opening in 2018, Chef Hao Gong’s fusion of Japanese and Chinese influences has thrilled diners and garnered lots of press. Eater, Conde Nast, Nola.com, and even Goop have sung the praises of this the West Riverside spot. More importantly, Luvi has been a a Semi Finalist for a James Beard award. Medium plates such as a crispy chicken with sweet chili sauce or stir fried napa cabbage compliment a “Feed Me 2.0 Bento” tasting menu for $90. Luvi is a great spot for vegan and gluten free diners who don’t want to compromise their standards
