The Gumbo Stop is tucked away in a tiny strip mall on the Causeway Blvd. At this cozy spot, you will find Louisiana’s finest comfort foods plus some extras. Chef Ron Iafrate only uses locally sourced ingredients in his gumbo and specialty dishes and is the home of the stuffed gumbo.
